When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, design details, and your shipping address if you choose delivery. We also keep a record of your payments.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We never sell, rent or share your phone number with third parties or use it for marketing.
We use your details only to schedule your consultation, send confirmations, make your piece and deliver it. We do not sell or rent your information.
Card payments are handled by Square and Cash App payments by Cash App. We never see or store your full card number.
Booking details are kept in our private business records and email, and we use Google tools to run scheduling and consultation calls. Access is limited to Steele Limited.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing shop@steelelimited.com. We will keep payment records as required for taxes.
